Simple information pages are quick to produce. Features like galleries, forms, maps, bookings or integrations with other systems add to the budget, especially if they require custom development.
Content readiness
If your text and images are already prepared, things stay straightforward. If you need help writing, editing or sourcing images, that work is simply added to the quote.
Timing and deadlines
Most projects can be scheduled at standard rates. Very urgent or out-of-hours work may be quoted differently if it impacts other commitments.

For most new projects, yes. A deposit is usually paid before design work starts, with the balance due when your website or design files are ready to go live or to print.
How are payments structured?
The exact structure depends on the size of the project, but it is always agreed in writing with your quote. Smaller jobs are often a single payment; larger projects may be split into two or more stages.
What happens after the first year of the website package?
After the first year, hosting, domain and maintenance are invoiced annually at an agreed rate. You will be reminded in advance, and there is no automatic lock-in beyond what you choose to renew.
Can I make changes during the year?
Yes. Reasonable content updates and maintenance tweaks are included. If you ever ask for something that falls into a bigger redesign or new functionality, you will receive a separate quote before anything is done.
